Valentine's Day is a mere two weeks away, so I think it's a fine time to start sharing some cute, heartfelt ideas for this year's love fest. How adorable (and easy) are these heart-shaped candy canes from Skip to my Lou? If you happen to have a leftover bag of these traditional Christmas candies, then you have no excuse not to make these. And really…don't we all want our Valentines to have good breath?
